Made from our Brisket this is a great new product from The Egg House! We have been working on the recipe for a few months and we think we've finally cracked it.

Serve in slices with pickles, horseradish cream, English mustard or piccalilli. Or channel a New York Deli and pile high on rye bread topped with sauerkraut, top with some Emmenthal and grill. Top with a second slice of rye spread with 1000-island dressing with some tasty pickled gerkhins! Yum yum yum....
